California Notice at Collection

This Notice at Collection applies to California residents only, pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”).
Information We Collect
We, IronPoint Insurance Services, LLC, collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer, household, or device (“Personal Information”).
In particular, we have collected the following categories of Personal Information from our consumers within the last twelve (12) months:

We collect Personal Information for the following business and commercial purposes:
- To provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us (e.g. insurance quotes, coverage information, policy applications).
- To create, maintain, customize, and secure your account with us.
- To process your requests, purchases, transactions, and payments.
- To provide you with support and respond to your inquiries.
- To personalize your experience on the site and to deliver content and product offerings relevant to your interests.
- To help maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our site, products and services, databases and other technology assets.
- For testing, research, analysis, and product development, including to develop and improve our site and services.
- To respond to law enforcement requests and as required by applicable law, court order, or governmental regulations.
Your Rights and Choices
The CCPA provides California residents with specific rights regarding their Personal Information. You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your Personal Information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, you have the right to:
- Access specific pieces of Personal Information we collected about you.
- Request that we delete Personal Information we collected about you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Opt out of the sale of your Personal Information.
- Be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.
To exercise your rights, you can submit a verifiable consumer request to us using the contact information provided below. Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request. You may only make a verifiable consumer request twice within a 12-month period. We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
Note: We do not sell your Personal Information. We have not sold your Personal Information in the preceding 12 months and will not sell your Personal Information under the CCPA.
